Wix has announced further integration with Meta – the rebanded Facebook company. The new feature allows Wix eCommerce accounts to merge their WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger channels with Wix Inbox, meaning businesses can manage all customer communications directly from their Wix website.

What Is Wix Inbox?

So, how does Wix’s expanded integration with Meta impact your website? As we’ve mentioned, you can now connect your social media accounts, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger with Wix Inbox – storing all of your communications in a multichannel inbox.

The addition of Meta’s top social platforms means you can reach out to a wider audience and connect with them in a space that they’re comfortable with.

Previously, Wix Inbox helped users manage communications from Wix Chat, SMS, and even your Gmail account.

Not only do the expanded integrations save you time when responding to customers directly, since you don’t have to navigate between all of the different channels, but you can also store templates for common queries, send discounts and product links, and even request payments via Wix Inbox.
